    Yehia Badawy

  • I’m Yehia Badawy, Founder of Digital Cotton and Co-founder of Rain, working across education, finance, technology, and human behavior. I focus on how people learn, make judgments, and operate within complex systems—particularly where regulation, trust, and real-world constraints shape outcomes.

Through Digital Cotton, I study behavior in real contexts, work with teams as they navigate complexity, and design systems that support sound judgment and sustained adoption over time.

At Rain, I focus on regulatory and government affairs, business development, and growth—helping shape how regulated financial platforms engage institutions, navigate policy environments, and scale responsibly across markets.
